Dear Buffalo Wild Wings,...

Let me just start off by saying that I fully enjoy your food. In my area you definitely have the best to offer as far as wings go, but your service and pricing are lacking. It never fails that every time we visit you for lunch you take an exceptionally long time to bring out our food. Which I find a little odd considering you say that it only takes 6 minutes to cook the wings...so explain that one to me...

Also do not offer a lunch special that shows your meal as wings, fries and celery sticks then try to tell us that the reason we didn't get celery sticks on our plate is because we ordered ranch. Really?!? You really want to tell me that you get two choices for your side....ranch or celery sticks? Let me explain something to you ranch is not a side item it is a condiment! It's like ketchup! You wouldn't consider ketchup to be my side now would you?

And while we are on the topic of ranch....Do not tell me I'm saving money today by ordering the 60 cent boneless wings when you turn around and jack up the price of the ranch! First off as mentioned above ranch should not be charged on my bill. You don't charge for ketchup so ranch shouldn't be charged either. But let me just point out that on a normal day you would charge somewhere around 25 cents for ranch, so why on 60 cent boneless day do you charge me $1.20 for two SMALL cups?!? You are giving me NO deal by lowering the price of wings and then jacking up the price of ranch!

Really BWW I'm not sure why I still meet you for lunch....
